"12 day trek with Ram save my life"
We did a 12 day trek, getting close as possible to base camp. Flying in from no altitude and climbing/ trekking soon after landing, not advisable! Luckily Ram recognized my symptoms of altitude sickness, he told me to drop my gear and run DOWN as fast and low as possible. Ran to save my life like never before, vomitted, but maintained consciousness. Ram was close by, had recovery plan, the rest was history. We had a great journey, nonetheless.
